Sending Bulk SMS on TEGASMS
You can send bulk SMS in two ways: manually entering numbers or uploading a CSV file with your contact list.
Option 1 - Manual Entry
In the SMS Composer, type or paste phone numbers separated by commas. Add your message and click Send.
Option 2 - Upload CSV
Prepare a CSV file with a column named phone containing Tanzanian numbers in format 255XXXXXXXXX. Upload the file in the Bulk SMS section and select it as your recipient list.
Tip
Always use the format 255XXXXXXXXX - starting with country code 255, without the leading 0.
