Registration Steps

Log in to your dashboard, go to Settings → Sender ID, click Request New Sender ID, enter your desired name (max 11 characters), and submit.

Approval Process

Sender IDs must be approved by TCRA (Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority). This process typically takes 2–5 business days. You will be notified by email once approved.

  • Business registration certificate (TIN)
  • Brief description of how the Sender ID will be used
